Hammond 1591 Series | ABS Plastic Enclosures

The Hammond 1591 Series offers versatile ABS plastic enclosures, ideal for general-purpose applications. Available in black or light gray, with or without flanged mounting. The enclosures feature a lap joint construction providing protection against dust and splashing water (IP54). They are equipped with integral card guides for vertical mounting of 1.5 mm thick PCBs. The standard versions are molded from flame-retardant ABS (UL94-V0), while the economy versions are made from general-purpose plastic. The lids are secured with M3 screws threaded into brass bushings, making them ideal for applications requiring repetitive assembly and disassembly.
