Hammond 1592 Series | Handheld Enclosures with Display Window

The Hammond 1592 Series offers ergonomically designed handheld enclosures made of flame-retardant ABS plastic, ideal for portable electronics such as instruments or mobile data applications requiring a keypad and display. Available in black or gray, with a solid display area (1592ETSD) of 122 x 85 mm or a versatile opening with a clear polycarbonate lens (1592ETCD) of 102 x 45 mm. The enclosures feature a lap-joint construction that provides protection against dust and splashing water (IP54) and are suitable for wall mounting. They include internal mounting posts for attaching PCBs and come with screws threaded into brass bushings, ensuring a secure and reusable attachment.
